Supply Talent selects ambitious bachelor and master graduates with a maximum of two years working experience and above average capacity and helps them in their development to purchasing professional. During this period every talent is available for three assignments for an average period of eight months in different organisations. Besides that every trainee enrolls in an educational programme in the fields of procurement, project and change management and personal development. We help our clients raising their long-term quality of their purchasing organisation and make young highly educated people enthusiastic about purchasing.

Supply Talent is founded because we noticed that there was a high demand for experienced purchasers with a high level of education. Besides that, only a few educational programmes get their students ready to start directly as a purchaser. We would also like to give young talent the opportunity to start working in different (purchasing) organisations and in different (purchasing) functions during the traineeship. Various partners who support us are: experienced purchasing consultants, various educational institutes, the Dutch Institute of Purchasing Mangement (NEVI) and leading profit and non-profit organisations with procurement departments.
