Supply Talent offers you the possibility to have ambitious talents working for you. During this period we support them developing themselves as a purchasing professional. These highly educated trainees can work for eight months on various assignments, for instance: doing a procurement analysis, creating procurement strategies, take the lead in implementing procurement systems or leading a cost saving operation. Together with you we support all trainees in their work.

Besides the experience that talents get from working in your organisation, trainees follow the Supply Talent educational programme. This programme is developed in cooperation with external experts like te Dutch Institute of Procurement Management (NEVI). Besides the general skills and personal development, other subjects like: Operational purchasing (basics), Tactical purchasing (basics), Procurement organisation, Processes and Technology (advanced) Procurement management (advanced) and Project and Change management are taught.

During the two years the talents are employed at Supply Talent. After finishing the traineeship you, as a partner of Supply Talent, get the possibility to offer a contract to one or more talents. There are no obligations, you are free in making your decision.
