What is Supply Talent?
Supply Talent is a traineeship in the field of procurement management. Supply Talent selects ambitious bachelor and master graduates with a maximum of two years working experience and above average  capabilities. Supply Talent supports them in their development as a professional purchaser. During this period every trainee is available for three assignments of about eight months at different organisations. Besides that, every trainee enrols in an educational programme in the fields of procurement, project management, change management and personal development.

What is the target of Supply Talent?
Supply Talent is founded because we noticed that there was a high demand for experienced purchasers with a high level of education. Besides that, only a few educational programmes get their students ready to start directly as a purchaser. We would also like to give young talent the opportunity to start working in different (procurement) organisations and in different (procurement) functions in a traineeship.

What kind of assignments and tasks can the talents perform?
The trainees of Supply Talent are highly educated and are capable of independently performing assignments and tasks within your organisation. Because of the big diversity of assignments and tasks, together with the management of Supply Talent an assignment isevaluated to see if it’s suitable to be performed by the trainee. Next to that the management of Supply Talent can help you designing assignments and tasks for your organisation and trainee.

What are the requirements for our talents?

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor or master degree. Preferably in the field of (technical) business administration, economics, logistics or supply chain management;
  • Commercial and analytical;
  • Have an interesting CV with extra curricular activities;
  • Fluent Dutch and English in both speech and writing;
  • Maximum of two years working experience;
  • Younger than 28 years;
  • Open to work on different locations.

How are the talents selected?
Our talents selection is based on the following factors:

  • · Bachelor and master degrees;
  • · Interesting CV with extra curricular activities;
  • · Motivation;
  • · Above average capacities (Bridge capacity and personality test);
  • · Personal interview to discuss tests and ambition.

Is it possible to offer talents a contract?
After the traineeship you can offer a contract to the talents that suit your organisation. It is Supply Talents goal to have every trainee working for one of the participating organisations afterwards. But of course talents are free to make their own choice.

Which trainings are offered to the talents?
Supply Talents training programme is custom made together with a few external experts and the Dutch Institute of Purchasing Management and with profit and non-profit organisations where procurement assignments are being executed. Investment and conditions

Which costs are attached to the programme?
The price your organisation pays is including selection, educational programme, coaching, healthcare insurance, laptop, phone, transport and overhead. Only company specific travel is not included. If you’re interested in one of our talents you can make an appointment to discuss the exact costs.

Which expectations does Supply Talent have from me as a client?
From our clients we expect:

  • Challenging assignments;
  • Guidance and coaching of the talent in a working environment;
  • Honest and direct communication with the talents and the management of Supply Talent.

What is the minimum period for hiring a talent?
As a client you agree on a minimum of eight months. Of course it is also possible to agree on a multiple of eight months.
