To find your way within the organisation, the client will assign a mentor to you. This mentor gives feedback on your work and discusses your progress with your coach from Supply Talent on a regular basis. This coach can help you with all your questions about your new job and your personal development. You can also use the network of your coach to improve your work. About 10% of your time is available for your personal development.
