The training programme of Supply Talent is custom-made with support of several external experts, like the Dutch Institute of Procurement Management (NEVI) and the organisations where assignments are being executed. Next to knowledge about procurement, other general skills and personal development are in the programme. Below are the most important parts from our programme:

  1. Introduction programme;
  2. Tactical and operational procurement (basics);
  3. Project management (PRINCE 2);
  4. Procurement organisation, processes and technology (advanced);
  5. Procurement management (advanced);
  6. Change management;
  7. Personal coaching.

The coaches and teachers working on this programme have both practical experience within and outside procurement. Because of this trainees can develop and learn very quickly.

Next to the formal educational programme there’s a budget to support ‘self learning’. With this budget the trainees can organise educational or social events that fit the learning goals of the group of trainees.

Outside the educational programme the participants learn and acquire experience during the assignments they are performing at the client. During this traineeship a mentor from the client is available as well as an assigned coach from Supply Talent.
