Supply Talent is specialized in recruiting, selecting and training of (junior) purchasing specialists and managers at bachelor and master degree level. In this we work together with experienced purchasing consultants, various educational institutes, the Dutch Institute of Procurement Mangement (NEVI) and leading profit and non-profit organisations with purchasing departments.

Supply Talent is founded because we noticed that there was a high demand for experienced purchasers with a high level of education. Besides that, only a few educational programmes get their students ready to start directly as a purchaser and to give young talent the opportunity to explore different (purchasing) organisations and (purchasing) functions before they make their "definitive" choice for an employer and function.
